(A) No person, firm, corporation, public or private, organized for profit, shall be granted a waiver of any fee, tax, account, or other financial obligation due to the city, unless same is entitled to such waiver pursuant to the terms and provisions of Ordinance 89-4623, An Ordinance Establishing the Coles Together Enterprise Zone Within the City of Mattoon, Illinois.
(B) Organizations or corporations that are designated not-for-profit by the Internal Revenue Service shall, upon application, be entitled to an exemption from fees for building permits, plumbing permits, electrical permits, street cut permits and other permits for which revenue is reported in the General Fund.
