(A) No person shall within the city keep or maintain directly or indirectly any house of ill fame or house of assignation, or place for the practice of fornification or adultery, or any bawdy or disorderly house.
(B) No person shall be an inmate or occupant of, or shall visit or frequent or be found in any house of ill fame, bawdy houses, or house of assignation, or place used for the practice of fornification or adultery within the city.
(C) No person shall, within the city, entice, influence or persuade any female to enter or frequent any bawdy house, house of ill fame or of assignation, or place used for the practice of fornification or adultery; or shall induce any minor to enter, visit or frequent, or shall allow or permit any minor to remain in such house or place.
(D) When any police officer has good reason to believe that any house, building or room is being used as a house of ill fame, bawdy house, house of assignation, or place for the practice of fornification or adultery, such officer may with or without warrant enter such house or place at any time and place all persons found therein under arrest and take them before some court of competent jurisdiction for trial. No person shall resist any such officer in the discharge of his duty in this regard.
