§ 134.02 RESISTING OR OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER.

No person shall willfully hinder, delay, resist or obstruct any city police officer, or any person legally authorized by him, in the discharge of his duty, or shall aid, abet or encourage any such hindering, delaying, resisting or obstructing, or shall neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order or directions of any such officer.
