§ 116.02 ITINERANT VENDORS OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES; LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No itinerant or transient vendor of drugs and medicines shall set up, maintain or carry on within the city, any store, stand or other establishment for the selling or giving away of drugs or medicine without a license therefor. The fee for such license shall be $25 per week or fraction thereof.
