(A) No person shall place or install or maintain or operate in any business house, store, restaurant, tavern, hotel or other building or place within the city any coin-controlled amusement device, except a coin-controlled mechanical musical device, for use by the public and for which a fee is charged, without a license from the city for each place or location where such mechanical coin-controlled amusement device is installed, maintained or operated, except where operated in amusement arcades.
(B) No person shall maintain or operate an amusement arcade in the city without a license from the city therefor.
