§ 112.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AMUSEMENT ARCADE. A place or building housing various and sundry mechanical or other devices and exhibitions operated for hire, such place being operated solely as a place of amusement and under one ownership.
   COIN-CONTROLLED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. A machine whose operation is controlled by the expenditure and use of a coin in the machine itself, and which machine is operated solely as a matter of amusement and involves a factor or element of skill in its operation.
