§ 112.06 FORTUNE TELLING.
   No person shall obtain money or property from another by holding himself out as skilled in fortune telling by means of card reading, palmistry, clairvoyancy, astrology, seership, spirit mediumship or any crafty science, or by any other devices or practices where money is obtained from the general public on the pretense of the exercise of occult or psychic powers. This section shall not be construed to prohibit the exercise of the spiritual functions or offices of any accredited representative of any religion and shall not include or refer to the practice of the belief known as spiritualism or to any attempted communications with the spirit world by or through so-called mediums.
