§ 102.02 OFFENSE OF OBSCENITY.

A person commits the offense of obscenity if such person alone, or in combination or agreement with any other person, actively or passively participates in, promotes, or allows an obscene performance or exhibition to occur on premises which are owned or controlled by him.
