§ 102.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OBSCENE PERFORMANCE OR EXHIBITION. A performance or an exhibition that:
      (1)   The average person, applying contemporary adult community standards, would find that taken as a whole appeals to the prurient interest in sex; and
      (2)   Has no redeeming social value; and
      (3)   Depicts or describes:
         (a)   Patently offensive representations or descriptions of ultimate sexual acts, normal or perverted, actual or simulated, including sexual intercourse, sodomy, and sexual bestiality; or,
         (b)   Patently offensive representations or descriptions of masturbation, excretory functions, sadism, masochism, lewd exhibition of the genitals, the male or female genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal, covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state; or,
         (c)   The actual or simulated exhibition, touching, caressing, or fondling of the breasts, buttocks, anus, vulva or genitals; or,
         (d)   The actual or simulated displaying of the breasts, buttocks, anus, vulva or genitals; or,
         (e)   The permitting of any person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who exposes to view any portion of his or her breasts, buttocks, anus, vulva or genitals; or,
         (f)   The displaying of films or pictures depicting acts, or depicting a live performance, which is prohibited by this chapter; or,
         (g)   The physical contact between employees engaged in any exhibition or performance as prohibited by this chapter and patrons or guests; or,
         (h)   The performance of a dance or other exhibition which displays the breasts, buttocks, anus, vulva or genitals.
   PRURIENT INTEREST IN SEX. A shameful or morbid interest in sex.
   PROMOTION OR EXHIBITION. The open display of live human beings, male or female; or, the open display of movies, video tapes or still pictures of human beings engaging in conduct prohibited by this chapter.
