§ 100.04 MINIMUM AGE TO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any business entity, individual, corporation, representative, agent or employee of any business, corporation or business entity to engage, employee or permit any person under 16 years of age to sell tobacco products in any premises.
