§ 99.28 DRIVING ON WALKS.
   (A)   No person shall drive any vehicle upon or along any sidewalk, except at crosswalks. No person shall park a vehicle on any sidewalk.
   (B)   No person shall operate a skateboard upon a sidewalk in any business district of the city.
