§ 99.20 POSTING SIGNS ON STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall paint or affix any sign, advertisement or other matter or material on to any street, curb, sidewalk, utility pole, tree, post or other fixture in any street, or on to any sidewalk, or on to any city property.
   (B)   The posting of election notices by county and city officials as required by statute, shall not constitute a violation of this section, providing such notices are removed within five days after said notices have been posted for the legal period.
