§ 99.07 MOVING BUILDINGS.
   (A)   No person shall move a building in any street without a permit from the Superintendent of Streets. Such person shall comply with any regulations the Superintendent may issue for the protection of life and property.
   (B)   In the event the moving of any building shall interfere with or make necessary the moving of any telephone, telegraph or electric wires of any character, the person moving such building shall obtain a permit from owners of such wires for the moving of same. The city shall not be liable for any injuries or damage to a person or property by virtue of interference.
