Rules and regulations for the management and operation of Lake Mattoon Campgrounds and the Marina are attached as Exhibit A, Lake Mattoon Campgrounds General Rules, and Exhibit B, Dock Rules and Regulations to this section. These rules and regulations may be amended or repealed by the City Council as deemed necessary at its sole discretion. The attached rules and regulations, and as may amended in the future, are adopted herein by reference.
