§ 98.094 YIELDING RIGHT-OF-WAY TO EQUESTRIANS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person driving a motor vehicle to fail to yield the right of way to any equestrian on any bridle path, where such bridle path crosses any roadway, when signaled to do so by such rider. The raising of the arm of the equestrian shall be considered as a signal suitable for this action.
