§ 98.071 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS; SIRENS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, propel or use any boat or craft propelled by means of any motor or engine on the reservoirs unless it is equipped with an adequate fire extinguisher approved by the Underwriters Laboratories. Sirens are prohibited on all boats or craft except police or fireboats.
