§ 98.039 PEDDLING, BEGGING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to beg, solicit alms or do anything pertaining to soliciting, peddling, or hawking anywhere within the drainage area or on land within one mile thereof which is owned or controlled by the city.
