It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate any garage, restaurant, confectionary, dock, refreshment parlor, dance hall, hotel, inn, place of amusement for hire, store or stand for the sale of merchandise or services within 200 feet of the shoreline without first having procured a written license or permit from the Park Superintendent. Any license or permit issued therefore shall be kept posted conspicuously in such place of business or establishment.
