§ 98.035 ICE SKATING, ICE BOATING AND VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ice skate or operate or use any iceboat or ice craft upon any of the ice of the reservoirs except in designated areas.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operated any self propelled craft or motorized vehicle upon any of the ice of the reservoirs except in designated areas.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ice skate or use an iceboat in a reckless manner or at a speed greater than is reasonable and proper. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prohibit any exhibition or contest of speed or fancy skating or iceboat racing upon such portions of the ice of the reservoirs as may be set a side for that purpose by the Park Superintendent.
   (D)   The steering and sailing rules set forth in § 98.72 of this chapter insofar as they are applicable shall govern the use and operation of iceboats.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use any propeller or exhaust driven iceboat on the reservoirs.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in ice cutting in or upon the reservoirs except in designated areas.
