§ 98.030 WATER SKIING, TUBING OR KNEEBOARDING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
   (A)   To water ski, tube or kneeboard at any place in Lake Paradise.
   (B)   To water ski, tube, or kneeboard or to have in tow or otherwise assist a person on water skis, tube, kneeboard, aquaplane or similar contrivance in Lake Mattoon within 200 feet of the shoreline or dam, under any bridge or "No Wake" area.
   (C)   To water ski, tube or kneeboard between sunset and sunrise or to have in tow or otherwise assist a person on water skis, tube, kneeboard, aquaplane or similar contrivance from sunset to sunrise. Water skiers, tubers and kneeboards must wear a life jacket or belt and highly visible headgear. Skiers shall hold one ski aloft after they fall in the water.
   (D)   To propel or operate a boat pulling a water skier unless the boat is occupied by at least two persons. One of these persons must be a competent observer.
