§ 98.025 DISPOSAL OF WASTE AND GARBAGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place or throw any house slop, sink waste, garbage, decayed or fermented fruit or vegetables or other fruit or vegetable refuse, offal, swill, carcass, filthy, decaying, fermenting or putrescible matter or any other substance, commodity or material subject to rot, decay or putrefaction of any kind or insanitary waste product or polluted or oily liquid or solid into the reservoirs. It shall be unlawful to place or pile waste or garbage in any manner within two hundred feet of the reservoirs. Such waste and garbage shall be kept in water tight, closed containers and destroyed in a timely manner. Manure and commercial fertilizer may be used for horticulture purposes within 200 feet of the reservoirs, but it shall be unlawful for any person to place, spread, or use on or in the grounds, any manure or commercial fertilizer in such quantities or in such manner as to cause or threaten any pollution of the reservoirs, or to cause or tend to cause any public to private nuisance whatsoever.
