§ 97.08 DRIVING VEHICLE ACROSS RAILROAD TRACK RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or attempt to drive any vehicle across any railroad track in the city where lights or gates are installed across the streets at any time when an alarm bell is ringing or when flashing lights are operating or the gates are down.
