§ 97.07 MAINTENANCE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Every railroad company or other company having a right-of-way or tracks shall make, keep open and repair suitable ditches, drains, sewers and culverts along and under its railroad tracks, tracks or switches in the city so stagnant pools of water cannot stand on their grounds or right-of-way, and so that the natural drainage of adjacent property shall not be impeded. They shall also keep the crossing for both vehicles and pedestrians over their tracks and right-of-way in good and safe condition and repair.
