§ 97.05 OBSTRUCTION OF CROSSINGS RESTRICTED.
   No locomotive, freight or passenger car or train of cars shall be left standing upon the track of any railroad, upon any crossing of a street or alley, except for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers or freight, or for taking in and setting out cars, and in no case for longer than ten minutes.
