§ 96.24 SELECTION OF BOARD MEMBER AS TREASURER OF FUNDS.

The Board shall select one of their members as Treasurer and Custodian of all funds coming into the hands of the Board. Such Treasurer shall give a bond in such penal sum as shall be fixed by ordinance.
