§ 96.22 LIBRARY FUND.

All moneys received for such library shall be deposited in the city treasury to the credit of the Library Fund and shall be kept separate and apart from all other moneys of the city, and shall be drawn upon by the proper officers of the library, upon the proper authenticated vouchers of the Library Board.
