§ 94.01 PLAYING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS IN PUBLIC PLACES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   No person shall play or cause to be played or made any noise upon any musical or other instrument, or by music or noise upon any sidewalk, street or other public grounds or adjacent thereto, to the annoyance or disturbance of any person.
   (B)   No person shall operate or play any radio, piano or other musical instrument or device in such manner, or make any loud or unusual noise in any restaurant or other public place located beneath or near a residence, hotel or rooming house after the hour of 10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m. as will disturb the peace and quiet of those persons using or occupying the residence, hotel or rooming house.
