It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any ice box, refrigerator, stove, trunk or any other container of any kind which has an air-tight door, which may not be opened by pushing only from the inside of the container or without removing the snap-lock or doors of the container.
