§ 93.02 ADOPTION OF U.S. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE MILK ORDINANCE.
   (A)   The production, transportation, processing, handling, sampling, examination, grading, labeling, and sale of all milk and milk products sold for the ultimate consumption within the city or its police jurisdiction; the inspection of dairy herds, dairy farms and milk plants; the issuing and revocation of permits to milk producers, haulers and distributors shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of part II of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance--1965 Recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service, a certified copy of which shall be filed in the office of the appropriate official; provided, that sections 16 and 17 of said unabridged ordinances are deleted.
   (B)   The term MUNICIPALITY OF or any blanks indicating a locality, wherever they appear in the U.S.P.H.S. Milk Ordinance herein adopted, mean the city, and the term HEALTH AUTHORITY means the Health Officer of the city.
   (C)   In section six, paragraph four, the word "latest" shall be inserted before the word "edition" where it appears.
