§ 93.01 RESISTANCE TO HEALTH OFFICER; ENFORCEMENT.

No person shall hinder or resist the Health Officer or other officer of the city in the discharge of his duties relating to public health, or shall wilfully neglect or refuse to comply with his orders or regulations, duly made in the discharge of his duties. The Chief of Police and police officers shall aid in the enforcement of the city health regulations.
