§ 92.21 AUTHORITY OF FIRE DEPARTMENT CHIEF TO SEIZE OR REMOVE FIREWORKS.
   The Chief of the Fire Department, with the approval of the Mayor, shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all stocks or fireworks or combustibles offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation of this subchapter.
