§ 92.03 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, EXPLOSIVES AND GUNPOWDER.
   (A)   The limits referred to in Section 16.22(a) of the Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside above ground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as the fire limits of the city.
   (B)   The limits referred to in Section 16.51 of the Fire Prevention Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as the fire limits of the city.
   (C)   The limits referred to in Section 21.6a of the Fire Prevention Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as the fire limits of the city.
   (D)   The limits referred to in Section 12.5b of the Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, are hereby established as the city limits.

   (E)   No person shall keep in hand, in or about any premises used or occupied by him, in any one place of business, for sale or for any other purpose, a greater quantity of gunpowder than 25 pounds within the limits of the city.
