§ 91.28 CEMETERY LOTS FOR TRANSIENTS AND PAUPERS.

One hundred and fifteen feet of the west side of Section one, and all of Division B, Section eight as shown by the revised plat of the cemetery, filed in the City Clerk's office, and recorded in the County Recorder's office, is hereby reserved for the burial of transient persons, paupers and such persons who do not own lots in the cemetery.
