§ 91.03 BURIALS IN CEMETERIES.
   No burial permit shall be granted for the interment of any person within any cemetery within the corporate limits of the city, or within a distance of one mile beyond the corporate limits of the city, unless such permit is for interment in a cemetery established under and pursuant to the resolutions and ordinances of the city.
