   No parking shall be allowed in the following locations during the hours indicated:

13th Street
West side, between and alley on the north and Wabash Avenue on the south
Between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
South 9th Street
Both sides of street adjacent to mattoon Middle School
7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on school days
