§ 73.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. A light, two-wheel device, having wheels 20 inches or greater in diameter, with tires inflated, propelled by human power.
