The employee regulations of the city as set forth in Ordinances 89-4604, 90-4637, 93-4721, 2006-5217, Resolutions 76-1202, 2001-2457, and all subsequent amendments thereto, as well as the provisions of 1968 Code §§ 2.46, 2.47, and 2.55 are continued in full force and effect, and are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, the same as if set forth in full herein. These regulations only apply to employees not represented by a collective bargaining agent.
