(A) All regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. All regular meetings of the City Council shall convene at 6:30 p.m.
(B) Special meetings of the Council may be called as provided by law. The City Clerk shall issue calls for special meetings and the Chief of Police shall cause to be delivered a copy of such notice to each member of the Council, or if not found, leave a copy at his residence and return the call with his endorsement of service thereon to the Clerk. Such call shall state the time and place and object of the meeting.
No other business than that stated in the call shall be transacted at such meeting.
