§ 31.35 DEPUTY CITY CLERK.
   The office of Deputy Clerk is created and established. In conformity with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3.1-30-10, the City Clerk is authorized to appoint one Deputy Clerk subject to confirmation by the Council. Other employees of the City Clerk's office shall be known and designated as clerks.
