§ 31.07 RECORDS OPEN TO INSPECTION.

The records, books, and papers pertaining to any city officer shall at all reasonable times be subject to the inspection and examination of the Mayor, the City Council or any person interested in the same; and all city officers shall, when requested, give all the information in their power pertaining to their respective offices, to the Council or any department of the city government.
