§ 31.03 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR MUNICIPAL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

All municipal employees and officers shall reside within 20 miles of the corporate boundaries of the City of Mattoon unless otherwise provided for in employment agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
