§ 11.01 CITY SEAL.
   The corporate seal of the city shall be circular in form and have engraved in the outer circle "City of Mattoon, Coles Co., Illinois," and in the inner circle "Corporate Seal." The City Clerk shall be the custodian thereof and may affix it to any document requiring its use.
