Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99, not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this chapter, violations of the village's adopted Plumbing Code by licensed plumbers and registered plumbing contractors shall be reported to and regulated by the State Department of Public Health.
