§ 111.44 CLASS “F-1” LICENSE.
   (A)   Class “F-1” license shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified in the license of packaged beer and wine, only, but shall not authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on any portion of the licensed premises, where the packaged beer and wine is being sold. The annual fee for the license shall be $1,300, payable annually in advance.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for holders of Class “F-1” licenses to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day, except on Sunday.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for holders of Class “F-1” licenses to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village prior to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
   (D)   Notwithstanding any of the closing hour restrictions contained in this section, the closing hours specified herein for New Year’s Eve continuing into New Year’s Day shall be extended for one additional hour.
