§ 101.06 SPECIAL BUSINESS PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY OUTDOOR VEHICLE DISPLAY.
   Special business promotions involving the outdoor off-premises display of new and used motor vehicles shall not be subject to the general restrictions of § 101.03 but shall be subject to the regulations in the following divisions (A) through (G).
   (A)   Applicants for a special business promotion for outdoor off-premises display of new and used motor vehicles shall have an established motor vehicle dealership located in the village.
   (B)   The promotion shall be permitted for one month, from April through October, and may be renewed for additional monthly terms.
   (C)   The area of the promotion shall be located in a portion of a public parking lot of a mall or business that has not less than 100 spaces and the area of the promotion shall not be more than 15% of the total parking spaces.
   (D)   The vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking stalls unless a parking location plan is approved as a part of the permit. The vehicles shall meet all requirements of the Illinois Vehicle Code and ordinances of the village.
   (E)   The promotion period may be renewed by the village if the promotion was operated in compliance with all ordinances of the village and did not create a public safety issue or nuisance.
   (F)   The promotion area may only include temporary structures as shown on the approved parking plan for the protection and comfort of employees and customers which shall be maintained in accordance with village ordinances.
   (G)   The applicant shall comply with all sign code regulations of the village.
