§ 98.11 MINIMUM THICKNESS OF CONCRETE SIDEWALK.
   Minimum thickness of concrete sidewalk shall be as follows:
   (A)   Across driveways, seven inches; and
   (B)   Other sidewalks except across driveways, five inches.
