§ 92.10 UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF TAGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than a police officer or the animal control officer to remove a rabies inoculation tag or license tag from any dog or cat without the permission of the owner of the dog or the owner’s agent.
