(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is set forth shall be subject to § 10.99 (B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.15 to 90.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
