SCHEDULE II. PARKING IN CULS -DE-SAC.

   Except as provided herein, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in any cul-de-sac located within the limits of the village, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic sign or signal. The following parking restrictions shall apply to culs-de-sac located in the village:
