§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   The fines and penalties which shall be imposed for the violation of vehicular standing or parking regulation violation(s) shall be as follows.
   (A)   For violation of any municipal ordinance regulating, restricting or prohibiting the standing or parking of motor vehicles along the streets, by-ways, alleyways, regulated parking lots or such other locations as may be controlled by off-street parking agreements, located within the geographical boundaries of this municipality, other than for handicapped parking and fire lane violations, the fine shall be:
      (1)   Thirty-five dollars if paid within ten days of the issue date of the vehicular standing or parking regulation violation(s) notice(s) (notice of violation) served upon the registered owner, operator or lessee;
      (2)   Seventy dollars if paid on or after the eleventh day following the issue date of the notice of violation, but prior to the hearing date as is specified in the notice of violation and no request for hearing has been timely filed;
      (3)   One hundred dollars if paid on or after the hearing date specified in the notice of violation but prior to the expiration of 14 days after the hearing date specified in the notice of violation, if no request for hearing has been timely filed or a request for hearing has been timely but the person filing the request for hearing failed to appear; and
      (4)   Two hundred fifty dollars if paid on or after the fifteenth day following the hearing date specified in the notice of violation and no request therefore had been timely filed or a request had been timely filed and the person filing the request failed to appear at the hearing and no request for hearing, as specified in the second notice, sent in accordance with the provisions of §§ 72.45 through 72.52, has been timely filed.
   (B)   For violation of any municipal ordinance regulating, restricting or prohibiting the standing or parking of motor vehicles along the streets, by-ways, alleyways, regulated parking lots or such other locations as may be controlled by off-street parking agreements, located within the geographical boundaries of this municipality for areas specifically designated for handicapped parking and fire lanes violations, the fine shall be:
      (1)   One hundred dollars if paid within ten days of the issue date of the vehicular standing or parking regulation violation(s) notice(s) (notice of violation) served upon the registered owner, operator or lessee;
      (2)   One hundred fifty dollars if paid on or after the eleventh day following the issue date of the notice of violation, but prior to the hearing date as is specified in the notice of violation and no request for hearing has been timely filed;
      (3)   One hundred seventy-five dollars if paid on or after the hearing date specified in the notice of violation but prior to the expiration of 14 days after the hearing date specified in the notice of violation, if no request for hearing has been timely filed or a request for hearing has been timely but the person filing the request for hearing failed to appear; and
      (4)   Two hundred fifty dollars if paid on or after the fifteenth day following the hearing date specified in the notice of violation and no request for hearing had been timely filed or a request had been timely filed and the person filing the request failed to appear at the hearing and no-request for hearing, as specified in the second notice, sent in accordance with the provisions of §§ 72.45 through 72.52, has been timely filed.
